Stay Policy
To keep each stay thoughtful, reliable, and fair for both guests and the property, all reservations are subject to the policy below. By booking a stay with The Wildlands Collection, guests agree to these terms.
Cancellations & Changes
Reservations may be canceled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 7 days away.
After that:
- 7 or more days before arrival: 50% refund of the total stay
- Less than 7 days before arrival: Non-refundable
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: Non-refundable
Rescheduling
One-time date changes may be requested up to 7 days before arrival, subject to availability.
Exceptions
Exceptions may be made in cases of severe weather, major travel disruption, or emergency at our discretion.
